oh i saw him using that when i logged on i thought you could do that in vannila minecraft but i went into third person and saw that it was probally a mod. it wasnt hurting anyone so i didnt report it.

You definitely can't fly or run at hack-speed in vanilla survival Minecraft.

Well you can do that by spinning your mouse around, but you can tell it's a mod if the player's head continues to spin while he's typing or walking straight.
