That's stadium was, and should still be property of Vortex. The reason it was disbanded was because Vortex needed the money, and they were moving. They are a pvp guild, and that was their stadium, which is symbolic to them. Just because its public doesn't mean you can buy it. You also need a good reason for buying it other than the build, because the build isn't yours. You also needed to ask the builder of the stadium first.

The official server rules, as established are the following. These are what we will always rely on.

1. Do not disturb other people's stuff
2. No Griefing
3. No Stealing

Q. Can I take stuff from chests in public areas?
A. No, that is considered stealing, and is not allowed.

Q. Can I purchase the realm that someone is building in currently?
A. You are only able to do this if you have a legitimate reason to purchase that realm. .

You guys dont understand. Im not giving up MY arena. If vortex wanted to keep the arena they never should have sold it. What I do is I go around and find things that are nice and buy them for their historical value not to break everything in them and sell them. Im keeping it the way it is, ill do what I want to it if i want to, im storing all my things in there and thats all I have to say because I can. And you said " not everything I can buy thats public"? Yeah im pretty sure you dont understand the whole part about /realm purchase if the outcome of the property is public. Because everytime it says that IT ALLOWS ME TO BUY IT. So how about you guys stop nagging me. 1.) It wont be sold to public realm. 2.) Im not just going to hand it over because you guys built it. 3.) And also the arena was public for quite a time and im pretty sure atleast 2 weeks. Therefore you could have got the 10k credits if you wanted it so bad (everone knows a technique or two). I bought it, its a done deal thats the way itll be.

Umm greifing is the placing of removing of blocks from a someone else's build. Since you placed/removed blocks on somone else's build WTHING the 2 week grace period, it's bannable. U2QU sell the realm before you sell your ban.
