I think there is plenty of land to build on, and he obviously didn't buy it for the land... I don't think this deserves a ban since he asked staff and he did try to contact the past owner.

As i stated before, THIS BAN IS POINTLESS, zellbud and gaudino i understand your frustration, but you need more than your words to help out your point. You need screens as i stated before several times. Otherwise, this ban seems unnecessary with the little information provided.

The biggest problem I see here, Gaudino, is that you say you found out the realm had been purchased against your will the same week it happened, yet you waited a month to decide you wanted WMBO banned. If you had contacted WMBO or staff as soon as you discovered the realm had been purchased, this may have played out differently. In the future, it would be best to raise land claim issues as soon as you discover the problem.

Also, you say he ignored the "Reserved for PieVille" sign. But keep in mind that it was public land, and the sign may have been removed by a random griefer or noob before WMBO happened upon the realm. In any event, he followed the correct procedure for building on a disbanded realm.
