so whats the code of building for spawn?

Ok, so just to get the whole unwritten rule arguments out of the way. Here's an email I got some time ago:

To whom it may concern,

The realm at x25/z25 has been flagged as not meeting spawn standards.
To note, "spawn standard" requirements effect the 4 realms touching spawn protection

The structure required to be removed can be seen in the following image:

As a reminder, the following rules apply:
- No shops
- Must be aesthetically pleasing
- Must not obstruct the view of existing nearby buildings

Any buildings taller than 10 metres are strongly discouraged.
Additionally, we strongly recommend planning out in advance what you plan to build.

So now the price matters..and yes I realize its intellis server/rule, he came make up rules on the spot and make them stick at any time. realms closer and closer to spawn...the ring around spawn will cost you anywhere from 200-800k, a realm 100 blocks away goes for 20k, how exactly does one come up with prices like these?

Wrong a realm one hundred outside of spawn is still alot. Magics was sold for like 8stacks of diamond blocks I bought mine a hundred away for one stack of diamond blocks and 80k

Ok i read the thread about the ultimatum. Roobean will have to finish in, but banning will make a problem arise.
ROOBEAN OWNS THE PHOINEX. Roobean owns one of the realms that cannot be given away by intelli's orders. If roobean is to be banned, intelli will have to own the realm or problems can arise.
As for roobean's other realm, SHE IS MAKING A WATER SLIDE. I am going to ask to help her so she won't loose the realm. I hope others will help her as well.

Yes, I gave Roobean this realm for FREE and he/she never did anything good with it, never...

Exactly, it's only taken a good part of a month and almost 75% of the water has been placed already.

Just my 2 credits, but this almost seems like a parody request in response to Bean's ban request on Tornadic.

I saw the original request a on TM a while back and thought it was petty. The quoted bits in the post from Intelli and Ryu seemed like sarcasm to me.

After reading both requests and comments, it seems like TM is maybe making a point of how silly this.

Don't know if there's any political Minerealm drama going on, but maybe people are taking this too seriously?
