Yeah see I agree with this U2. Most people don't really care about the builds that are there unless its something historic or very very well built. They are in it for the real estate. You should think about clearing off everything and selling it just for the land.

I have to agree with U2QU. I am no expert at pricing things (see my first auction, I think I was at least close - shameless plug = ) but I would say between 100k and 150K at least (it really depends on what is in the chests, maybe more). I would bid 150K if I had the credits = ( maybe rent to buy U2QU?). I think whats on the realm is still just as important as where the realm is. Z = -50 is still 1st/2nd ring (I coud not find it in game) and that is very valuable. The overall build looks good and worth the additional price, IMHO.

U2QU, my advice if this realm does not sell is to put it in a longer auction (a month?) and reserve it at your minimum buyout price.

Are you saying if we buy this realm we can NOT tear down the building? If so there is almost no point of buying this spawn realm no offense. People buy spawn realms to make their OWN builds on it, not use other people's builds because that spoils the fun of building.

Its not that hard to terraform it... You could probly sell everything on the realm that you terraform to get money back....
