If your going to make a thread on lootable placed blocks. It should be on anvils, and bookshelves. I keep finding them, but can't loot them, but they are valuable...

Read that little picture I posted in the previous post. Anvils, in fact, count as placed valuables and can be looted.

Oh... I have found a couple and not looted them because I didn't think they were lootable In the wild.
