However I have read your posts a number of times and I have yet to see a single spot that directly indicates that you apologize for your actions. All I have seen is that you have "acknowledged" them. My only question being is "Why should we let an person return to Minerealm after he's committed offenses that he hasn't even apologized to the community for?"

I'm insinuating an act of kindness, I didn't say I gave a mod anything I gave a user I previously insulted a valuable item as an act of generosity, just like when I sent 1000 credits to cyborg and a few others who were new to the server.

If you aren't going to read what I've written please don't reply, because your not helping matters at all. You can continuously tell me what I did, in fact your (cube guy) confusing two seperate issues, the tyrants comment was in lieu of a forum discussion, where the ban has already been lifted. Furthermore I've acknowledged and apologized for what was said in-game, your beating a dead mule. I apologized yet you bring up the exact same point once again, so as a last attempt to cover my bases here I apologize for any and ALL comments made.

As for your opinion cube guy, You've simply been a nay-sayer since I posted this. So yes, your opinion is biased, because you fail to hear the argument I make, instead your ignorantly insisting I shouldn't be unbanned based off of offenses I am, and have been addressing in this exact thread.
If you feel I shouldn't be unbanned, cast your vote and go play elsewhere your opinion has been heard. This isn't anything personal against you, but what am I to say when I've said I'm sorry and you can't drop the issue.

Have I offended anyone thus far in this thread? No. I have explained Calmly and kindly i was wrong, that it won't happen again, and that I'd like to play on the server which I enjoy. I believe that is the purpose of the appeal system, not for you to ignore my apologies while you continue to scrutinize me for whatever reason.

Another one of the inappropriate things you said was that you were naked in your chair. It doesn't matter if you give people things. Just beacause you do that doesn't mean your a awesome player! I've seen you insult people to inappropriate topics. I do t believe you should be unbanned

Me giving people things isn't an argument that I should be unbanned its a testament to the fact that even though some of you may think poorly of me I can be a decent person, and yes I said I was naked in my chair, I probably was. That's a reason to ban someone?

EDIT: and again, an apology was issued on the matter of innapropriate chat messages, and yet again that's the issue your reiterating. I don't know how many times I can apologize for the same thing.

To cubeguy, read the posts again because I have[\b] directly apologized for specific offenses. As well as given a generalized apology for any discrepancies i may be forgetting. As far as the particular offenses, the forum ban was a result of an argument on the forums regarding destroying abandoned structures to which I replied and was met with scrutiny over the definition of a grief at which point I responded poorly. In game ban, was after the fact and due to (and inclusive of) my demeanor in the public chat. Things that I considered harmless and in fact comical to my own taste. (As did a few other users who joined in)

Can those who believe I shouldn't be unbanned elaborate on the particular logic that brings you to such a conclusion? I'd be happy to personalize my apologies and right the wrong with those of you I've offended.

Flan in particular since you seem to be the first user I can remember saying anything particularly unfavorable to, I apologize and I would appreciate it if you would accept the apology as well as reconsider your opinions of me, a player that you honestly don't know that well at all. People who have directly interacted with me on trades builds and other general conversation seem to have a different opinion of me than the general population. I believe that a select few simply saw a few unbecoming moments of me, and base their opinion in its entirety on those statements, which I again believe is not only unfair, but biased especially when the people I've insulted in particular are the only ones who seem to voice their opinions, not to mention that small percentile of players this represents.

Whether it was to your humor or not such vulgar language/inappropriate language is not for MR especially since it is a all age server. Like the comment after the first line yes it may be a lady product but do you really think you should be talking about such things? It is completely inappropriate regardless that's why it says

Because it is indeed inappropriate language. I know adults who still don't use such words because they are inappropriate.

In all honesty, I'm almost positive that is the only reason you would have a problem with me, because aside from a few stray comments I haven't done anything at all wrong to you, or anyone else for that matter.

All I can say is that you've been worse than mager ever was, and perhaps even as bad as Kress. In addition, your appeal is basically an excuse bag, and you're unapologetic. It seems to be missing the element of humanity that is an essential part of appeals for rudeness and disrespect. Basically, your demeanor is unchanged. If you showed more apologetic-ness, and less defensiveness, I might change my mind.

First of all, I don't know either of those people. This is the first and only multiplayer server I've ever played in. Now I understand that's no excuse and I'm not excluding my behavior here, or i wouldn't have apologized. I'm a 28 year old man pleading to a board of kids most half my age, I approach it from a slightly different point of view, I'm not 'omg I got band can u unban me I'm rill rill sry I won't du it agin pls pls pls'. I've apologized and answered to every complaint put forth, calmly and quite politely, no insults, just rational explanations. You won't get anywhere in reality begging and pleading with people to believe you, you admit your wrong and show respect, as I have here in this thread.

Won't happen again? I can't believe one bit! After you were forum banned your like eh ok it's fine. The. You go on the server and are talking bad about basically EVERYONE. I still dot think we can trust you one bit. While you were talking this language ingame we warned you you could get banne and what do ya know. Here you are banned. It should stay that way
