I'd kindly keep my opinions to myself if staff would consider unbanning me, Minecraft is I admnit, a bit boring without minerealm. I prefer to keep this short and brief, and I don't do the begging thing, so with all due respect.

Well I see no apology or remorse whatsoever. After being warned several times and not listening time after time, I don't really trust you to be here. This is a family server and lately you have been nothing close to that. You've been raging, saying inappropriate things, insulting others. Goodbye -1 go troll another server.

That's funny neymar, because I recall hours before I was banned when you were looking to purchase enchanted books I happened to have extra of, not to mention an unbreaking III, and told me you didn't have enough credits, I GAVE the book to you at no cost. To the fact that I show no remorse, I asked politely and acknowledged why I was banned, and said it wouldn't happen again. I shouldn't have to stroke your ego and beg for forgiveness, I was wrong, I won't do it again should be more than sufficient.

Then as i said, it may have been neymar or even someone else for that matter, I recall it being a user who i'd unkindly spoken to on the forums, it was my way of making amends. We can sit here all day long and tell me what i said and did, however I can't prove any different without the ban lifted. I apologize for whatever harm was done, I genuinely didn't see my sarcastic remarks as anything that offensive. I'm not asking any of you to be my friends here, im asking for the opportunity to play on a server I enjoy, and I've publicly acknowledged my wrong doing. I'm not sure what's being asked of me here..

You're asking to play on a server you enjoy, with people that (as this appeal is showing) don't wish to play with you.

Alot of us have been banned at one point or another. Alot of us don't feel like we "begged" to get back on the server, but we all knew that making a rational, detailed statement as to why we did what we did, and why we won't do it again, was important.

You did none of these things. You just said (essentially) that you won't do it again, and you aren't going to beg to get back on the server.

These types of appeals didn't work for others using the same tactics, and they certainly aren't going to work for you.

I suggest you take a moment to step back, reevaluate the situation, and decide whether you truly want to play here or not.

The only thing I didn't do, was beg. As I said im not trying to make friends here, I'm simply requesting to be unbanned, so I can do exactly what I said keep my opinions to myself and play. The same way I have been, for over a month now. I got a little lippy on occasion over the last day or two, theres no logical reason I can't leave people alone and play quietly and politely on the server, as I have been prior to this incident..

I'd appreciate it if some new faces could chime in, particularly people who have had positive experiences with me on minerealm. The current conversation makes me look like a tool, not saying that I wasn't, to certain users but that does not reflect at all on my stay here on minerealm and you'd be a fool to believe so. I've made friends here, and i've helped quite a few here, everything from random donations of credits, to free and rather expensive items. I'd appreciate it if this was handled without bias.

You've still offended people INCLUDING the "tyrants" as you called them. Honestly, I'd rather not see you back on this server. Is this bais? I wouldn't say so, for many of our opinions are well supported and unprejudiced.

I'm insinuating an act of kindness, I didn't say I gave a mod anything I gave a user I previously insulted a valuable item as an act of generosity, just like when I sent 1000 credits to cyborg and a few others who were new to the server.

If you aren't going to read what I've written please don't reply, because your not helping matters at all. You can continuously tell me what I did, in fact your (cube guy) confusing two seperate issues, the tyrants comment was in lieu of a forum discussion, where the ban has already been lifted. Furthermore I've acknowledged and apologized for what was said in-game, your beating a dead mule. I apologized yet you bring up the exact same point once again, so as a last attempt to cover my bases here I apologize for any and ALL comments made.

As for your opinion cube guy, You've simply been a nay-sayer since I posted this. So yes, your opinion is biased, because you fail to hear the argument I make, instead your ignorantly insisting I shouldn't be unbanned based off of offenses I am, and have been addressing in this exact thread.
If you feel I shouldn't be unbanned, cast your vote and go play elsewhere your opinion has been heard. This isn't anything personal against you, but what am I to say when I've said I'm sorry and you can't drop the issue.

Have I offended anyone thus far in this thread? No. I have explained Calmly and kindly i was wrong, that it won't happen again, and that I'd like to play on the server which I enjoy. I believe that is the purpose of the appeal system, not for you to ignore my apologies while you continue to scrutinize me for whatever reason.
