Hello,
I was just wondering if it would be possible for a second melon farm?
I always go to the melon farm and on approach there is never any melons.
I'm sure most would agree with me when I say we (sort of) need another melon farm.

If you can take the time to read this then Tankyou.

Hopefully this idea will proceed and hopefully staff will take note on this.

If you ever come to the melon farm and there aren't enough melons right away, you can just wait a little bit and some will grow. If you really can't wait long enough, you should make farms of your own so you don't have to rely on the public melon farm.

It was just a general idea.
Sometimes when I'm low on food I just nip to the melon farm and there's basically nothing there.
A lot of people rely on the melons from the melon farm.

i've experienced this too.
i'm on a huge food shortage and when i come to the melon farm, there is only about 3 or 4 melons.
so yes, i think this would be a great idea!

Also remember that the melon farm at spawn was built by hand. Somebody donated the iron and redstone for all those pistons and took the time to dig it out and build it. Not that it's a huge project, but building another one would still be time consuming and I just don't feel like it's something we need.

You can just build a smaller version at your house (as said before). That's what I am doing currently.

Solution: break the melon farm into several switches not one, but like 4, because people to there for melons but when the press the switch all melons break and people don't need that much. If you need help wiring that's no problem I can eaisly wire it. Also, I will be halll wing out my 4 spas realms and will be creating automated farms

Wizards Of Goof volunteers to make a second melon farm at Spawn. We can supply all the materials and build it too.

I've experienced crops growing at at least half the speed they normally do. Pretty sure something with the way crops grow has been changed. That might explain your lack of melons. Despite this, a second melon farm wouldn't hurt.
