1. The warning was posted the same time the invitation to see the pigman was stated. You found the pigman, so obviously you saw the warning. I did not.
2. There were like 15 other players there. Should have been common sense not to kill it. I've been scolded by my mother many times for lack of common sense.
3. You attacked it once earlier. When rokkr asked you attacked it, I stated you did (as I saw you did), but you denied it. Rokkr(?) then put you in the pit, and the pigman attacked you, proving you WERE the one who attacked it earlier. Nuh uh. Someone attacked it (Looked like you, you were right by it) so I thought it would be OK for me to attack it. It is true that I denied that I attacked it but who cares? Its a mob and we will be seeing many in two days!
4. Then, even after that, you attacked it again and killed it. Now, the only reason why I killed it was because it killed me first.

That is all I have to say on the matter.

In SMP pigmen will attack other people but after they get rid of the person who attacked them. Bone was still near the pigman and hadn't died, so it attacked him.

Well I think the wiki is wrong? because me and Intelli both went in the pit before I tp'd bone into it and I never got attacked nor did Intelli, and even after it killed bone it still didn't attack anyone.

The official definition of fair on this server is

Whatever Intelli says.

Therefore, the ban was fair by definition.

The wiki said it was a bug, the bug was probally fixed but has not been noticed due to the, up to this point, impossibility of naturally spawning a zombie pigman seeing as how most large or well known servers don't allow mob spawns nor can they support a nether.
