Just for clarification about the tax (again), because I got some questions ingame:

The amount that you state ("offer") is the amount that Lenni should get. The reason why tax comes in addition is simply because that is the original request and you can easily calculate the amount that you actually have to pay by payment = offer / 0.9 = offer * 1.111. Since we started this way, the prices should be compareable by just giving the offer without tax.

Examples:
1. You offer 20k.
- You pay in cash 22,223 to Lenni (10% taxes are deducted) and he receives 20k. OR
- You come to his home, buy there 2 realms for 20k and sell them to him for 2rc. This way you save 2,223rc and in both cases he got what he wanted.
2. You offer 25k.
- You pay in cash 27,778 to Lenni; or
- You pay in cash 5,556 and sell him 2 realms that he wanted to buy.
