If you have an iPhone, smart phone, or any tablet you could change the pass code with that. Your ban has been a decent amount of time so once you get that snapshot you will probly get a Unban date. If you can't get your screenshot after trying it over and over again maby you will just be unbanned. It would be much better to get the screen shot though. Be patient though, you will be back on soon I am sure
