Can you afford a realm? Ya right now I own one that is almost complete with an auto farmer and some other stuff. It has its own mini subway system.
Other info: Well I try to be friendly and nice but that's as long as someone doesn't tic me off and I'm trustworthy but that's for you to judge. If you do allow me to join, I will need help in transporting materials. That would be nice.

Quite a nice town. I'm proud to have them be neighbors of arcane. Perhaps we could each designate some time to clean up the area considering there are two guilds who live there? That desert nearby is looking very ugly.
