Don't have a fav I'd rather post what I like about each.

Intelli: Well the good things about Intelli are umm... Well he uhh smells nice I guess.
Rokkrwolf312: Back when I could PM he helped a bunch. I remember back when he was a moderator.
Chubsy: Although due to inactivity I have not seen him online as a mod, I have had some fun conversations with him. He's a very funny guy and a good friend.
Tornadicmaniac: Torn is awesome. Always available on Skype. Lets noobs like me build trees on his spawn realm. Not to mention he smells better than Intelli.
Shaddowdemon: Always there to help a player out. Frequently on Skype. Very interesting a funny.
VVolfie: I used to watch you from a distance. -hides binoculars- You created the term "bloo" for lapis. I have a block at your realm. You are very funny with strange humor.
Kaneg: Although I do not know you too well in conversation I have had with you, you have been a nice respectable leader I can look up to.
Aelcalan: Well, this should be interesting. First off I tried ban requesting you log ago, heh. I really was a confused noobling at the time. Now your pretty funny and witty. And I do not understand your username, which I've always had trouble spelling.

Hey, I strongly hope you are not disappointed. You have been building a great server and I guess it somehow shows the appreciation of us that we come back again and again and again...

Something I would love to know from staff:
- What do you do besides giving support to players (ban/forum/coding etc.) and how much time do you spend for it? I guess only a very low percentage of Intelli's great work is visible to the players.
- What was the best/worst experience you had as staff member?
- How many hours do you spend per week for minerealm (I guess it's a lot)?
- What is the most annoying task you have to do?
- How could we as players improve staff's satisfaction? Perhaps we re-think taxes to pay staff a bit?

Besides, there are also a couple of things maybe people would like to hear about:
- What will be from your point of view the future of Minerealm? What is Intelli's aim?
- Wouldn't it make sense to use the user satisfaction or number of recurring users to add for Minerealm (ie show this on the front page)?
- Since a special staff memeber is favorite, wouldn't it make sense to add with her for Minerealm (ie. post a picture of her on the front page)?

I voted for Rokkr, he was a cool guy back in the good old days and anything that links the server to the old world is good in my book.
(Keep in mind my book on Minerealm consists of "Change it back to the way it was" a million times so that shows how I feel.)
