Alright, well looking over the logs and the video several times and speaking with other staff, I have come to the conclusion that there is not enough evidence to go ahead and give you a permaban. I will say if you were xraying and lied and I find anything else pertaining to this you will be permabanned. Though watching the video and looking at the screens and tunnels we do have high suspicions that you were, but as I said I don't think we have enough evidence to show that.

You will be unbanned Friday January 18, 2013.

Not to be cheeky but why am i "serving" a sentence if I'm innocent / not enough evidence because you "think" i was x-raying. It just doesn't seem right i understand keeping me banned till you made the decision but extending my ban because you think i was x-raying.

I guess i don't mind "serving" the sentence i would just like the reason why.

Though some staff agree that you weren't xraying, there are still staff that are uncertain about your innocence. There is not enough concrete evidence to give a harsher ban sentance. Consider the ban date an alternative to being perma-banned for xraying again.
