will a staff let me or lav know if its ok to sell this to me ?

Reason being that the realm recently disbanded and was recently owned by catsam97 (last online 32 days ago). The realm is essentially being bought and sold purely for profit. Personally, I have a problem with that. It could potentially cause problems for catsam if he intends on buying his realm back if and when he returns. Plus, even if auctioning the realm now is valid, the buyer should be made aware that nothing on the realm should be touched for the next 2 weeks to wait for catsam to claim his things.

I've talked to Infamous, and he is okay with waiting two weeks to buy the realm from me if he has to. I currently have signs on the realm telling catsam to pm me for his things if he wants them back. Tbh, I didn't know for sure whose realm it was when I bought it, had to ask Chubs to check the logs for me before I knew it was catsam's. I just happened to stumble across the public land.

Edit: Also, I hadn't really expected to get a buyout, and had timed the auction to be over just as the two weeks were up.
