Quick question, you say you were filming in order to see if this player was hacking... Would it not then be logical that you still have this film on your computer as proof? If so I think it would be the sensible thing to do to post it here.

Yeah, on my moms work computer since I'm heading to school, it'll be about 9 hours and the vid will be up. And I was told this guy was hacking from Kanegs own team the second I'd logged on, non of this would've happened. And the reason I did it was since I didn't see it as luring.. I was trying to catch the guy hacking. Using a trick betrayal. Last time ill help next time your team asks me to record and then you ban me...

Just some helpful advice youngblood, but maybe dont conduct yourself in such a way that presumes your unban is pre-determined. Both Kaneg and I believe Intelli are involved in the your banning, so maybe you try and remember what appeals are all about. This has nothing to do with how you perceive the situation, but how those who will ultimately be making a final decision on you do.

Considering that you basically told Rokkr that it was ok to unban GINGre and now your immature attitude towards staff in both this thread as well as your signature, you might be better served observing the thin ice you are standing on at this very moment.

Heh, if this isnt retarted i dont know what is. So right when i join frosty tells me about some new hacker. Me trying to record him, get him into my guild and get him to pvp king. i was recording this. as king was put into a corner i did 1 hit maybe 2 if even. he pvp logged. Kaneg messeges me seconds later saying no luring last warning or your banned. So how on earth he knew this so fast, i dont know. I then try talking to him and he doesnt respond, he says he responded to all of them, maybe he was afk but he didnt. I was asking him stuff, then he had intelli messege me the same thing about luring. Intelli also wouldnt reply, this was already frusterating me. Then about 5 minutes later i ask kaneg again. he says hes replied to all my messeges. I said and i quote "You didnt answer me and then you had intelli messge me?" We were having a civil conversation and then i was banned. I found this ridiculous. I understand i may have been a little frusterated but i said no explicit lauguage or anything. i didnt use caps, i didnt rage. I apologize for the rudeness i may of caused, but i was literally just trying to start a civil conversation

You obviously lured him in to your guild and in to the nether to kill him complete lies everywhere because you was caught.

how is inviting a "hacker" in to your guild and then killing him going to prove he "hacks" what wave length are you working on here?

So far it seems that the main defense for OneMan is that he was simply trying to 'out' someone who he was told was a hacker - if he knew or thought that a player was a hacker then why would he not consult staff first, as they are the ones who are given the authority to deal with situations like this? The recent trend of some players acting as judge, jury and executioner is not a good thing in my opinion.

Aside from that I would say that it definitely sounds like Pacman was invited into the guild for the purpose of killing him, and I'm not sure how this can't count as luring.

Also, the first sentence of your ban appeal is sure to count against you. Opening a ban appeal by stating that it is a 'retarded' ban is never going to help you.

From this appeal, all I can see is:

Kaneg getting blamed for warning you about luring, which, seeing as you invited him to attack King and then attacked said person, is luring. Whether your intentions were pure or not.

Secondly, your first sentence set your entire appeal in flames. Seriously.

Thirdly, you have shown no apology to any rules that you could have broken, and instead attempt to argue those rules.

Fourth, your signature at the time of me starting this thread attacks staff. Never a good move.

Fifth, in your OP, you stated that seconds later Kaneg said "Last warning", your next post says that the first thing Kaneg said was 'if you kill him you will be banned' or something to that effect. Inconsistent story, I must be honest.

Sixth, it is highly unlikely that staff members will ban over someone's death in the nether, only the luring, so I don't believe the "if you kill him you will be banned" story. Nothing against you.

Seventh, if you have evidence of him hacking, then by all means show it when you can. It will be interesting to watch.

I will stress this. Nothing personal comes from this post. I am merely pointing out reasons why I am currently saying no to this appeal. Resolve these issues and you will receive my vote of approval.

Jon is right Oneman. When you are at the mercy of someone, you shouldn't be attacking them. Change out of your street clothes and into your finest suit and write up an apology and remove that signature. Once again, you are going to have to trust me, it's for the best. Always trust Cube.

OneMan that was kind of mean... It's basically cyber bullying. Being nice to someone so you can betray them. Once again unless someone has proof dont accuse people of hacking. I also think its ridiculous that everyone's voting no. I am also curious as to why OneMan is the only one banned... He can't be the only one in this mess?

OneMan, I strongly suggest that you try to be as calm as possible, try to see things from the staff's point of view, stop criticizing the rules, and apologize. It's pretty much your only chance, and I'd hate to see you permanently banned.

Heh, by Kanegs team I mean frosty and the people he's allied with. I see how you could consider this luring, but then don't have your team contact me ASAP when I get on, also still waiting to know what this ban is for... Considering it wasn't the luring part, I received a warning for that. The reason I'm so frusterated is because there was no valid reason considering I received a warning.
