I know there has been many suggestions for this in the past, but I wanted to bring it up again, as it could be useful to many.

Simple: /staff shows a list of online and offline staff members. Making it easy instead of spamming "Any staff on??"

Pros: For noobs, no more "staf please hellp are ther staff on?" For non-noobs, no more reading EVERY SINGLE FRIGGING NAME IN THE ENTIRE LIST. (Sorry for language if it's considered inappropriate.)
Cons: Poor Intelli...if he had a life, MineRealm as a democracy just destroyed it with all the coding he has to do...of course, this seems like it would be quite easy to implement.

Maybe Server could have a response for "i need staff plz" Like: "Username123, please use /staff and contact a staff member"

Might be more interesting to make their names show up as red in the 'tab' menu and appear first.

True, but that can also be a problem in the current system, when you can look up staff members in the player list. This problem wouldn't be solved by this proposal, but at least it wouldn't get worse--and it could make it easier to at least see if they're online and thereby decide whether it's worth even asking for them.

Maybe staff be equipped with a /afk command. Which would take their name off the list until they do /afk again.
