I think only upperclassmen (mods, donors, admins, and really important normal players (cog, kyle)) can vote.

If Intelli only wanted the opinion of a select few then why would he not PM them?

I doubt that intelli would ban him unless it was a large majority that wanted him banned. If Intelli turns around and bans him then it would make him seem weak, therefore banning Lightbulbs will only do bad.

We all know that if Light is banned then he will just change his IP and come back as a different player.

Guys, remember that Lightbulbs has found greifers, duped items, and (not sure if this is true) has made a deal with Avo to keep them away.
