For the server. Stealing and showing that some people think they are above the law and can use exploits in spawn is not good for the new members that will join. Lights, you either need to take a step back and change or leave all together (ban maybe?).

That wouldn't be best for the server either. It would be unfair and would make people confused. Also, if you haven't noticed, he is part of the server. Obviously if it's best for the server, it's best for him.
