Pl0x explain for newbs like me. I understand what a lottery is but how'd it work last year. Anyways if I can win anything I'm all for it

I not only support bringing back the new years lotto, I think it should be an on going monthly thing.

You buy tickets for a pre-set price, a random ticket is drawn and a glorious prize is awarded to the lucky bum. You can buy as many tickets as you like and have a better chance.
