NTC for sure. Not because they were the best PVP nation but they made the most fuss over it every single day... -_-

Ima be honest. Vortex isn't the best of all times, but right now its leading. I think ill go with ntc for all time

The UN would easily win due to the mass people in it that'd vote for themselves. They're a good pvp team but they aren't a faction all about pvp. I think only full pvp factions are up there.
