I will try my best to explain my side of the story.

I can't really prove that he has spammed me / insulted me / trolled / name called me with screenshots, unless he admits it himself, which he probably won't because it'd just be self incriminating for him.

My word is just that he would say certain things that are not acceptable as well, without it meaning much, whether or not I wanted to see it or not in my chat / messages. This kind of happened while we played a different game, before minecraft, where he would always sort of use harsh language with me, mostly in the form of a joke. Even being in the form of jokes, it was not appreciated by me. Of course, I would retaliate back and it all seemed good then and he didn't have a problem with it as it seemed like a fun time troll thing between us which didn't have any consequences. He would type "LOL" after or something like that, showing he didn't really care what happened.

There's really no screenshots that can prove any of this except my word and possibly his.

But this shouldn't keep me banned from minerealm just because he wants to be not cool about stuff.

If I am unbanned, I'm pretty sure I won't be "messing around" with him anymore, in the form of troll activity or insults or name calling or spam. Because this whole "friendly rivalry" / messing around has obviously gone out of hand.

And if he can't stop provoking me, I can sure as heck not care / not say anything back.

So as long as I can not provoke him on the servers, there should be no reason I am still banned.

Wish I had screenshots to prove things that he said, but I do not have any. Only proof that I have is if he steps up and just admits all the nasty / mean things he has said to me. Trust me, if I had screenshots, I would have posted them LONG ago.

Or just take my word that I will not repeat the same mistakes of provoking him again.

johnny boy, the point that everyone is trying to make is that you are permanently banned and it is highly unlikely that you will be unbanned.

Yes, I know the decision but I felt the facts weren't represented entirely so I wanted to identify some facts, that if it is not entirely my fault and I was indeed provoked many times before, maybe my ban should not be permanent. In a way, I was set up.

Maybe it might have been if you didn't appeal 4 times after you were banned permanently, have a forum ban request against you and actually left everyone alone for a significant amount of time. Chooz, if this harassment continues, I highly recommend that you bring the law (not texas) into this or seek help from someone in stopping this.

This entire situation is absurd and absolutely pathetic. Pro_Johnny, now there is no way you will ever be unbanned, you will never ever be able to play on minerealm again. This is not my opinion, this is the completely objective truth.

Edit: Please, leave Chooz and the rest of minerealm alone. Everyone will be grateful if you do.

Pro_Johnny, you will NEVER be unbanned. No matter how many ban appeals you make (which I must add were very well written) you will never be unbanned. Furthermore, Chpoz has posted definite evidence against you. Your word isn't enough. You need to post DEFINITE UNQUESTIONABLE evidence. I can say I smacked Intelli then stole all his cookies, but no one will truly believe me unless I have UNQUESTIONABLE proof.

As for Chooz, I believe you can set up filters in yahoo email to specifically block messages from a certain email address.

Chooz, I believe that if you do a little bit of reading in the harassment section of your area's law, you can take this to court.
