We are NOT posting irrelevant things on your appeal. We are telling you that you have been rejected several times already and that you are permanently banned, so you should stop wasting our time and stop wasting your time by posting these appeals.

Posting a new appeal in a few months won't change ANYTHING. It will still be rejected. Even if you appeal in a year, it will still be rejected, hands down, done deal, nuff sed.

Wow man, I see you still won't state your side of the situation here.

You sorta caused all this. With your constant trolling me in the past and insulting. I reacted the same way you reacted, only then, you decide to be an ass and request me. While I never bothered screenshotting all the spam / swearing you said to me and posting it here. =\

If what I am saying is true, and he did in fact provoke me, then I feel my ban is unjustified because it wasn't entirely my fault to begin with. Just saying.

Your facts are wrong, so I do wish you not post things that you do not know the entire situation about.

You never saw the guild chats ever since the first time I came on the server, before any screen shots were made.

Of course, he wouldn't screenshot bad things he says, because that would just be self incriminating. He should just admit to his part in this or just take my word, and maybe it isn't all my fault.

I posted this on your first appeal.

I'd like to hear a rebuttal from Chooz, given that he's supposedly willingly engaged in this before.

I'm not very familiar with legal terms, so I'm not sure if a "rebuttal" is supposed to help PrO or myself, however since Ael wants to hear something from me, this is what I'll say.

Every now and then me and PrO do engage in name calling and what not, but it's usually short and it stays in guild chat which usually only consists of me and PrO. Before I took all of those screen shots, I was busy mining and PrO started spamming me in guild chat. It got really irritating so I removed him from guild chat because I didn't want his spam on the screen while I mined. He then began to spam me through private messages which are unblockable and cannot be disabled using /chat. It became unbearable and I started taking screenies while threatening to ban request him. The rest you know.

Talking crap is one thing, spamming someone with /msg is very much another level. When someone tells you to stop, you STOP. The fact that you were removed from guild chat should really have clued you in that you were already going much too far. Should you find yourself banned after this one is lifted, do not expect to be unbanned.

You were then permanently banned because your spam carried over onto my e-mail account as well as my cell phone. (I should add I had to change my phone number because he kept texting me, getting in the way of my studying.)

Oh and you should know, I'm posting every single e-mail you send me, from this point on.
Perhaps, that will encourage you to stop sending them.
