A huge majority of the staff are from America. I think a few mods have been from Europe, but I don't think there has ever been an Australian staff member.

grievous disrespect? 90% of the time i ever spend on the server has been when there are no staff online, be it when i joined, or now. thanks for rolling back the griefing, but considering i have been banned for voicing a comment which happened to be true, i'm not sure i'll be appealing. yes i know staff have personal lives, yes i know internet can be crappy, but the thing is, there is a large chunk of the day that is un-moderated, and rules are broken rampantly. and if you're banning folk for "Grievous disrespect" you might as well ban the majority of the server, as most of us have committed said crime at one time or another.

did it not also occur to you that "inactive sparty" may have been having irl issues as well? yea nice one guys. have fun playing hitler, or osama bin ladin, or stalin, or lenin or whoever, cause things have gotten ridiculous around here. those decent players, you know who you are, that are still here, i feel sorry for you.

Also cant the staff take a bit of criticism there is a big need for at least one member of staff on at GMT times i can be on from 9.00am GMT till 6.00pm GMT and not see one member of staff and see all the spammers in chat and bad behavior in the server.

A ban for voicing an opinion is ridiculous because you may have taken it a little to heart.

No, clearly all staff need to be up 24/7 in order to take care of inactive sparty and his realms. It is our duty as staff, we sign a contract and everything. If we don't put in at least 21 hours a day into MineRealm we are thus terminated for lack of effort and seen as unfit for the job. No one who plays MineRealm can have a life so if you do have a life don't apply for staff! Sleep? Sleep is now an old friend you once knew, no sleeping or resting for you while you are part of the communist faction of MineRealm.

whoa. I've been gone for months and was checking the forums to see how my old friends were doing and I see this. last time I checked most of the staff plays on another server, but this was about a month ago.
