How does that make any sense? I'm not the one trying to limit choices. You're the one advocating for adding a psychotic difficulty curve that will limit the options of new players who don't want to spend a majority of their time digging, and don't want to be total jerks and steal. You're advocating for a plan that will force players to live in larger cities, even though if players really wanted a couple of mega cities, they would have been built a while ago. Instead, people prefer to go do their own thing. So why stop them? And for what purpose?

I'm thinking the general strategy will be to find a cave, build a little community house in said cave, and don't come out until you have the diamonds. I'm also betting there will be huge waiting lists to get in to the few realms that will exist.
