The will be realm chat AND party chat. /r and /p

For creating a realm...

1. Person creates a party, gets 6 players.
2. That person needs 60 diamonds in their inventory.
3. Then, they can use the realm create command. (And it takes the diamonds).

Size of the Map: In my opinion, I believe that the size of the Survival map should be large, if not immense. Creative is the server to go to if you want a concise 4,000x4,000 map, but Survival should be a place to explore everywhere. Remember back when people would try to venture on foot to get to Shiverfrost? It was time of great discovery and added a whole new level of depth to Survival. We have come to believe that map size doesn't directly affect server performance, and so creating a huge map will not have detrimental effects to the server. So why not? It would be better that everything be incredibly spread out to explore and have room to entice yourself to some "mystery" than be cramped in a 4,000x4,000 living space. It only works on Creative because it has a much lower build activity.

Keeping Survival and Creative Distinct: It seems that Survival is going far too close to the style of Creative. With the removal of creeper damage and TNT, I feel this is becoming way too much of a "builder's paradise" when in reality, that is what creative is for. Survival is for surviving :).

About the Realms: I love the direction realms are going. 6 players and 60 diamonds will definitely reduce the amount of random 2 player realms we have going on. And it will make cities way more well-known and awesome :D.

Multiple Realms?: This concept still confuses me. How will we separate the multiple realm chats from each other? Can't we just have the same 6 players create 10 different realms, since they can all be members of multiple?

TNT/ Creeper Damage: Like I said above, I would like TNT to remain useable. Perhaps only in realms, or a limit of 5 TNT per hour or something (maybe more for donors? :P). I would also prefer if Creepers damaged the surroundings. Destruction is what they are notorious for, and this is a Survival server anyway. People should be punished for not providing proper lighting :).

Wilderness & PVP: I am hoping that PvP will remain possible in the Wilderness, as well as toggle-able in realms (now that realms are much more legitimate). Like I'll say 10 times: This is Survival. The goal is to survive. If we don't want to go full-blown PvP, just having lava buckets would be nice.

Railroad Tracks: I am very unsure of how these will operate. So the rails are protected, what about the blocks they are placed on? Are redstone torches for powered tracks protected?

I once robbed a private realm with explosions on that had locked their chests by getting creepers to follow me to their chest room.
Pretty big exploit if I do say so myself.

Your statements regarding survival/creative are void, as you know very well that creative as it is is going to be replaced by the new system.

Ah, I was unaware that Creative would be the one that is leaving. Well still, hopefully what I mean can still be understood; I'd rather it retain the aspects of Survival I've described.

Incidentally, I've decided that TNT isn't one of my highest wants for the server anymore, as as you've said, it is the cause of some considerable lag issues.
