No, you are the one missing it, I'm saying nothing of his farm. You are trying to sell a wheat farm that clearly isn't worth 100k for the reason I explained, you should be keeping it and selling it when you have a farm that is either worth the proposed amount or can say your wheat farm is something unique, cause as explained earlier, i could make that 80k cheaper and get nothing good out of it. Not trying to be rude, just saving you time.

Not a bad setup. I like how you have the villagers sorted by class. I do have one suggestion for improving it, though:

Use librarians as your source of emeralds. Some librarians accept paper (made from just sugarcane--no leather necessary since you're not making them into books) in exchange for emeralds. Sugarcane is easier to farm than wheat, just because it doesn't need to be replanted if you harvest only the top two blocks at a time; manual harvesting is easy enough, though you could also set up an auto-harvester with pistons if you feel inclined to do so.

On a side note, this realm is in a pretty nice area of the map. It's at about x 0 z 1300, and is easily accessible from spawn via the old "Frog Road" connecting Spawn City and Old Frogtown, in addition to the subway system. There are also a few nice builds in the area, including the large pyramid seen in the video. Incidentally, I happen to live just a few realms away from there.

Sure the first time you seed, the blocks will make you credits. However, this "yield" is practically a one-time only "bonus" because it stays in the "memory", thus preventing you from repeating the "credits-for-seeding" again, for a very long time (months?). Or am I missing something here? Please explain?

Also I totally agree whith a statement someone made earlier: Sugarcane is the way to go since no re-seeding is needed.

You all have had a warning, even though it was directed towards dundy. The furthur posts have been reported. Stay on topic, I don't need someone to tell me that I was selling it cheaper earlier, I dont just forget these things. As, for the villager realms, they are still up for auction. I will also accept spawn realms, of greater distance of course along with bulk sandstone and credits, or 50 doublchests of sandstone straight up. Thanks!
