Hello I have receantly renovated my Guild and I think it is time to open it back up. I am currently building a port city in the Guild and a shop so if anyone is interested in joining and helping. Please pm me if you are going to join and answer these questions:
1. Will you be loyal to the Guild.
2. Will you be willing to be a builder (if so then I will be able to call on you to help in any thing the Guild needs building)*
3. Will you be willing to donate (credits and blocks) to the Guild*
4. Will you be willing to help in PVP Tournaments*
* if you say no then you can still join the Guild

When you join you will need to also need to include in the pm your e-mail, do not worry I will delete it right after I e-mail you your new skin. As why, because I want all my members to have a specially designed black coat similar to mine.

I think...I think that all the people who both want to be in a guild, and are the kind of people who you would want in your guild, are in other ones already. There's no room for more guilds at the present. If I were you, I'd wait until something big happens, or until enough new players have become experienced that they want a guild to work in. Otherwise, nothing's going to come of this guild. Also, if someone isn't going to be loyal to your guild, they probably won't tell you.

I know I may have been a bit harsh, but I'm tired of these posts cluttering the forums. All of these "new guilds" either never get started, or die out after a few weeks at most. If you really want to start a new guild, you need to 1. Have plenty of money, property, time, and fame (and when I say fame, I just mean you need to be well known), as well as at least some charisma, and 2. Be dedicated enough to spend lots of time (read: Hours each day) recruiting, building, and getting resources for your guild, at least until you get enough members that it doesn't need constant attention. That's why I didn't start one; I haven't got the resources, and I haven't got the time either. Think carefully about this. It takes a lot of effort to start a guild. DISCLAIMER: None of this comes from personal experience; just things I've noted and deduced about guilds.

TL;DR: Don't try to start a guild unless you have a bunch of time and money; there isn't really even any room for new guilds right now. Now go read the preceding paragraphs, they aren't that long.

p.s. If I'm wrong about guilds, someone please tell me--but only if you DO have personal experience with guilds on MineRealm, and only if that experience has shown you that I'm wrong.

Edit: I just thought of something if you change your skin in my Guild to the black cloak and your old skins head then you will have more rights in the Guild than someone who does not and my Guilds signature will be this

I don't mean to sound rude but your asking for a lot. To join the guild you want people to donate left and right to something they might not beifiet from and then have a signature saying owner with your name is just just weird and I don't know...

I am sorry about all of this but my mind does forget things and think of better ideas. One of my friends may help me with the signature for my Guild and some of these things are not mandatory to join my Guild. I am. Trying my best to recruit people to my Guild but not trying to be mean here but some guilds try to get started but never succeed in getting people because they never advertise there guilds and I am not trying to put down all of the guilds out there that has and will succeed in getting people in them. Give me a chance to try and recruit people in my Guild

The attached file will not be the Guilds signature and something else to pm me is what job you want like builder, terraformer, miner, clerk (for the Guilds shops), etc. if you want two or more jobs then your title will be the first job you pick like if you pick miner and builder your title will be miner but I will still call you to build for the Guild. If you are to become a leader or Elite Member the that will be your title and you will still keep your old occupation. Sorry for the inconveniences.
