Also to be noted that the over hualed lighting engine or whatever will not appear in 1.4 but in 1.5. still needs fixing.

Let it be known that all these snapshots are for the new upcoming update 1.4. Just a suggestion, but someone with power in the forums need to rename this to "offical minecraft 1.4 update" and notify the creator of the thread of the change. This can prevent future multi topics of this theme.

We (or rather the admins) have to figure out how Wither bosses will be treated on MR. Presumably, their block-breaking effects will be nerfed, similarly to creepers, so that they can't be used for griefing. Even without that, though, they sound like pretty tough opponents, so it would be good to have some ground rules about whether it's acceptable to do something like spawning a ton of them in the middle of Spawn City.

Well from one of the videos, you can only construct it it seems for it to appear. You need 4 soul sand, and 3 weither skeleton heads. Place the soul sand in the same way as a iron golom and then pace the three heads across the top.

I think prodigy is aware that you construct them. He said spawning as in making them, and causing them to spawn (once per construct) in spawn city.

Repairing things on anvils costs levels, naming them costs more levels, can't repair anything that has a cost of 40 levels or up, almost broken diamond pick + no damage diamond pick == 17 levels.

Anvils suck (Currently) and cost too much. I dun liek.

Also, the anvil is this:
