The following hosts will help set up times, dates and manage player timezones. Please MSG each participant and find what EST times they would most likely be able to participate. We want to host a game were every player will be able to participate, but does not create a difficult schedule for participants to follow. Here are a few ideas to try and combat Timezone conflictions.
-Host 2 game sessions for major timezones (EST And PST, or Central standard time) so every player can play in the nether games. Hosts who live in timezones other than EST can host games for players who can't play EST games. I'll set up times for these games and find hosts to take care of them.
-Simply ask each player which EST hours they could be available and find one date and time to best suit the times we have. Host one game, play with whoever shows up. If this fails, set up another date and try again.

I can't use the Internet on my computer at the moment, so I will upload pictures of my single player nether arena and possibly gave participants and players who would like to help build recreate it.

I beileve that the nether lag issues were fixed last patch. But if you are still have FPS problems in the nether Optifine helps improve your FPS in all areas of Minecraft, and it's legal to use on MineRealm.

I have a few suggestions:
- u should assign each of us helpers a specific role so we dont have 3 of the same scheduel things when we only need 1.
- if u separate the participants into 2 matches the battle will be very boring cause there will only be 3-4 people per team.
- how can u post if u dont have internet?
- i hope this works...

Simple steps:

1. Download WinRar (if you don already have it) Note 7Zip can also be used
2. Instal WinRar
3. Download the most appropriate version of optifine (I use smooth)
4. Extract optifine to its own folder (right click, extract to /blah)
5. Navigate to your minecraft.jar. This is often the hardest part. If your running windows 7 type in the address bar of windows explorer (my documents), '%appdata%' and select '.minecraft'. Go to 'bin' and then right click on the 'minecraft.jar' and click 'open with WinRar archiver'.
6. Drag and drop all optifine files into the WinRar window that has the jar open.
7. Delete the folder named 'META-INF' inside the WinRar window that has the jar open.
8. Launch minecraft.

Troubleshooting: if it didn't work and minecraft fails to start, go into options in minecraft before you log in and select force update. If it says 'will force' you have done this correctly. This will refresh your corrupt bin.

Sorry of this isn't simple enough, I don't think I can simplify it much more.
