Most people that stay on the server for more than a week or so normally create a forum account in under a week or so after joining MineRealm. So 90% of the time the persons forum account join date is fairly close to their server join date, or less then a month off.

Not so for me. I waited like 6 months before I made a forum account.

Which was maybe 2-3 months after I joined

The only problem here is that it may be hard to get the join date of people who joined before this was implemented.

All considered, there are definitely players here who joined during minecraft alpha and the logs for then probably don't still exist.

A nice addition might be a 'veterans' forum group, people who have been a forum member for a year get invited to this group. Considering some players are almost going to be 2 year vets soon after the server in 2 months.

How do you think the server (Plugin) knows when you become a vet then? The player join date is stored in each of the players data files (Same file their inventory is stored in). It only takes a line of code to retrieve the players join date.
