In the bans section, many newbies spam the forum with "I cant verifty my ign pplzzz, plzzzzzzzz help thnxxxxxxxx, i got baned and wnt to go 0n agian plzzzzz!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! " when appealing a ban. The picture below is a suggestion of how to stop that (only when IGN verification is not working). I propose that it be put here so it is clearly shown, as it is evident that some have not read the rules regarding ban appeals.

p.s. Is IGN verification not working, or has it been fixed?

I don't think that it necessarily goes down. On the verify page, it says "Please note you must have previously logged in to MineRealm from this computer." That leads me to believe that it checks the IP you are using to verify vs the IPs you have logged into MineRealm with. So if someone got banned months ago and are just now getting around to appealing, it is likely that their IP changed. I would test this, but quite frankly, I don't trust proxies, ESPECIALLY when the data is not sent via HTTPS.

Of course it IS possible that it really does go down frequently.
