Although this is a family server and young kids might not have acsess to using apps on tablets or smart devices, a good number of players are older and have ways of getting apps. Therefore I suggest an app for the forums for easy forum viewing on the go. Notifications could also be put in place so if someone qoutes or posts a reply on a thread of your on your IPhone, IPod touch, IPad or any other tablet or smartphone you get notified. I realize apps aren't easy to make but knowing Intelli coded all the plugins for the server he could probaly manage to make a forum app.

Sounds like a rather good idea. I use my internet and just come to minerealm.com, an app would be easier

It's so hard to use the forums on my iPod touch right now...I'm not sure how much this would benefit the entire populace, but I'd sure like it. There are probably enough people with iDevices to make this app useful. In addition, Intelli could perhaps sell it for 99 cents or $1.99 due to the fact that it isn't necessary to use the app if you want to view the forums on an iDevice, and get some money for the server, or perhaps just make a nice profit.

For me it's hard to click certain sections of the forum i.e. the bans section. I find it hard to browse multiple pages of forum threads. A different set up of the forums would be nice if your stuck on a tiny IPod/IPhone screen as I do.

I can't see the harm in it, about 99% of the time I'm on the forums, I'm using an iPod touch. To hit the smaller buttons, just pinch the screen and zoom in.

I use an ipod touch as well, and have zero problem with hitting the buttons/links. You just have to zoom in if your having trouble with it.

intelli said it wouldn't be worth it for only a few people to have it and would require too much work for what it is worth iirc

I see no need to make an app for this, but I think it'd be a nice luxury to have a mobile version of the website like most larger websites. Granted we don't traffic millions of users per day, but still I think it'd be a nice luxury, and it wouldn't require coding (That I know of) and it would run on ALL mobile devices.
