Well, if you wanna talk about size, I recently converted Clow Tower into a "hotel"... we have like 20 rooms or something, I honestly never bothered to count all the floors.

That being said, there are already a ton of hotels at spawn. One could say there are even too many... there isn't really a high demand for them.

Mine's a ten second walk from spawn, 100% free, the original, and I'm hopefully buying Skycity to use for more space. Mine right now has 1 floor done with like 25 rooms, and there will be many more floors.

So are the giant mega mansions built for one person, and the massive arenas that see little use. The goal of MineCraft is to build. It doesn't have to have a purpose, and quite honestly, new players having the option to live somewhere protected, and having options for where to live, is great.
