Alright, so first thing's first, I need somebody to help me with a problem I'm having with
TitanDelFuego. I had dug a subway line through a public realm which he then proceeded to purchase (and I might add, he did nothing with it but did a big hole. This is the result of the big hole.)



I notice a number of things with this. First, his blatant disregard for the fact that I had a subway line. He dug a big hole straight through it. Secondly, he never attempted to contact me or dig a slight reroute around the ladder and hole. Third, he bought a number of realms that my subway specifically goes through.

Whenever I attempt to contact him I can never get hold of him, as he always logs off immediately when i get on and stays off for days on end. All I really want is for him to give me TEMPORARY PERMISSIONS through his realms so that I can either finish my subway, or so that I can grab all my rails and reroute should he not want me to have my subway going through there. Having to parkour to the other side of that ladder is a pain. If anyone could get hold of him or show him this topic, it'd be nice.

On a related note, I find it rather funny yet hypocritical that he thinks he can "claim" a public realm and that people can be banned for taking his "claim", yet he's perfectly fine with the idea of breaking the subway. Somebody did end up buying this realm just to put him in his place after they found out about the whole subway thing.

I talked to SSB in game about this:

Fuego has the right to buy public realms but he has to collect the rail and whatever else SSB put there and give it back to SSB.

OR

Fuego can allow SSB to finish the rail and not mess with it in the future.

OR

Fuego can sell the realms to SSB if SSB is interested in buying them.

Any of these options requires some sort of conversation between SSB and Fuego so if anybody can facilitate this before it escalates, it would be much appreciated.

when i bought the realms i did not know that there was a rail system near bedrock. At first i dug around the rail. But then i dug one piece of minecart rail out to put a ladder.so i could go up and down in my mine. Also i thought that ssb stopped working on this because there was no powered rails and the mine rails didnt lead to anywhere. I helped him dig a different cave near my realms that is supposed to connect to the subway system and connect to his realm. So that is another reason why i took out the rail.

Also ssb the realm person that bought the realm that i "claimed" probaly had no idea about the subway system so she did not "put me in my place". She bought it for a different reason and it its a coincidence that i log off when you try to contact me.

And being that I no longer have the pictures I have posted in this thread, I feel compelled to bump this to show some new evidence that really grinds my gears. Rustles my jimmies. It really jarates me off. (obvious TF2 reference should be obvious)

So Titan said he wouldn't mess it up anymore and would fix this right?

Wrong.

First picture shows that he removed all the rest of my railing that is in his realms. Compare it to the picture from before which was taken in THE EXACT SAME PLACE. The first picture posted in this thread.



Second and third pictures show that he then TOOK THOSE RAILS and used them for his own purposes, rather than return them to me.






I would like to request that he be temporarily (or even permanently if he's offended others) banned if he does not return my materials and/or allow me to build my subway around his ravine, and then NOT DISTURB IT ANYMORE. Honestly, it surprises me that he had the AUDACITY and the GALL to do what he's done here after we already had multiple discussions.

Evidence of his guilt is that he came online just a bit before, and we were just discussing what had been going on since I'd gone on hiatus 2 months ago. AS SOON AS I ASKED HIM ABOUT THE SUBWAY, he logged off. The nerve...

If he simply re-directed it (and connected it back to the existing line) I see no problem with that. By they way you write this situation, I will infer that Titan just made the rail branch off. Is that right?

If you have not already, I advise you should get the admins' attention (pm them) since it looks like titan is uncooperative.
