I'm not sure about this, but I think 'looting' in the sense hairy is referring to is completely legal. Staff will have to clear this up. Though, taking a PvPer's winnings is very, very rude.

So here's the deal.

It's against the rules to loot items from PVPers because it's basically stealing. Unless you had PVP enabled and were actually helping kill the person, then you can't just take the items.

In this case Ashmyher needs to return the sword to hairy or risk becoming banned.
