Hmmm... is it possible to break blocks outside the border as long as you can reach them from inside? If so, it might be possible to put some water near that spawner in order to direct the skellies to a collection point or grinder inside the border.

Oh, and sticky pistons can be used to get 3 blocks past the border.

Ya, OneMan, what gives? You can't have a spawner on a realm if it's outside the border.

But if it's just outside the map limit, in an area adjacent to one realm, it can effectively function as part of the realm (if you can devise a plan to clear out some of the area in order to make the spawner function). Other players will, of course, be unable to buy the area that the out-of-bounds spawner is actually in. So saying it's three spawners in one realm is technically inaccurate, but the principle (needing to own only one realm for exclusive access to the three spawners) holds true.

Yes, you can place/remove blocks past the border if you're close enough. Also, I believe the border is actually at +/- 5001, so you should be able to purchase the realm with the outside spawner. As Prodigy said, though, if you own the within-border realm next to it, you can block people from getting close enough to mess with it.
