Sorry line, it's nice to have you back and all... but this situation (as well as your recently lifted ban) could have been completely avoided in the first place if you hadn't decided to make your decision to leave so final.

At the same time, of course, it's idiotic of roob to leave the realm sitting there unused, when he could have either built something on it or sold it for a crapton of credits.

A. I have to see a spawn realm go to waste. No offence roo, but putting it up for auction is best. Then, you split the profits with Lineant. The auction will go for a lot of money, so whoever wins obviously wants it. Just my opinion.

I have made a puzzle house type of building on this server befour, and everyone that tried it loved it. only problem was it was 4k blocks away from spawn. If i was to make one closer to spawn, it would give alot of new / bored players something to do that doesnt need them to travel thru the nether. so id say auction it or give it away to someone that would do something with it.

My question I have is when are you going to make your realm accessible on all 4 sides as spawn realms are supposed to be your current spawn realm is just a large wall atm and a inconvenience to people who then have to walk around it.

This. Let's stop bickering about it and go with the nearest option. If Chubby needs a little more space, this is a great idea. If nothing is going to be built on it in the near future, why not build at least something? And when Roobean has something cool to build, trash the redstone contraption (after all, builds come and go) and let Roobean build.

But this is Roobean's realm. Lineant has no control over what happens to it. We need to consult the bean. It would be great if Roobean could either build at least something or give rights to someone who will build something. However, we can't force anything, IMO.

I sympathise for Lineant. He thought he was leaving, and so had no need for credits. It was logical to hand the realm to someone for free. However, I think he could have simply gave rights to Roobean and asked that [enter correct pronoun here] build something. Then, login to check on it as he does now.

No problem rokkr, ill take down the walls right now. so players can run thru without a worrie in the world. BUT when all the noobs start messing and griefing all my repeaters ill know who to call to get rollbacks

Why can't the repeaters just be covered so they can't be accessed? And we can't rollback if the repeaters are changed a notch or two they don't work like that.

Repeaters can't be changed unless the player has rights.
Switches on the other hand can...

Also, back to what I said before:

We should talk to Texas_Hitman about this because I am pretty sure he was in this situation with his spawn realm before.

I say its Roo's realm and it could be something to the sky limit for all we know, She/He could might still getting all the materials, they haven't had enough time on Single player to get it finish (A Month....).
I'm saying give her more time and it is their realm too.
