Suggestions for players who PvP:
Don't wander around spawn with PvP on unless you plan on dying or killing.
Don't turn PvP on when you are not trying to fight.
Turn PvP off when going to spawn unless you want to die or are ready to fight on the red carpet.
Going to the Nether is basically turning PvP on. Expect someone or at least something to try and fight you.
Never expect someone to give you your items back on death, it is neither their responsibility nor to their benefit to do so. You died, if you fell in lava, got hit by a creeper, attacked a wolf, etc, at spawn, would you expect your items back? no. So unless you make an agreement to do so, don't expect items back.
You will make more friends by giving people their items back.
Don't try to interpret things you see on your screen as hacking unless it is obviously and clearly hacking, and there is a motive, flying 2 feet above the ground? probably just jumping and lagging, going through solid blocks? also lag, and there is no hack to do that on Minerealm.
If someone makes a mistake in terms of where and how they PvP, don't say or think "OMG! IMMA BAN THEM! THEY GONNA BE SO MAD! xD" that is what most people call psychopathy, as long as they admit their mistake, and as long as they were not hacking, don't just ban people for the sake of getting them banned.
Just because someone beat the almighty you does not mean they hacked or had kill-aura or an aim-bot.
Don't interpret PvP as a sign of real-life aggression, this should be pretty straight-forward.
PvP is totally allowed and encouraged in the Nether (last time I checked anyway)
