Genreally speaking, this is how almost all x-ray unbans go. Seeing as it works for others, and Ryu wouldn't mind this solution, I think this is what should happen.

If you're serious, then I'm glad for the support. And yes... they do. I would gladly trade all my diamonds, cheated or legitamate, to come back to Minerealm.

Even after X- raying, Ryu has my full respect. Yes, it was a costly slip which has to some, broken his reputation. But for others like me, Ryu remains the same person as always.
Ryu deserves to be unbanned, he knows what he did. He is obviously ashamed of it. And surely will never commit such acts again. I support you, Ryu.

seeing as you lied in your appeal it is hard to feel sorry for you and how do we know you have not lied about other things aswell?

You will probably be unbanned after about a month maybe longer because of lying. If it was a newbie it would of been a perma - ban , but because of how long you have been on the server you will probably be unbanned.

To be fair to Ryu, he lied in his initial appeal, which may have just been a knee-jerk reaction to being banned, and then came completely clean on what he did to become banned, instead of just sticking with his initial story and attempting to blag/bs his way into getting an unban.

Also, by 'other things', what do you mean by that? He has offered to have all of his diamonds burned, despite the fact that he says they are not all from xray, and he only recently started to xray, during what is/was a stressful period for him in real life.

I would say that what Ryu has done is clearly wrong and is a more serious crime compared to trolling/swearing, however he has come completely clean over his actions and understands that he screwed up, so I would hope that staff consider this, as well as the time he has spent on the server, and his overall part in the community before making a decision.

Well how do we know how long he has been x-raying? he might of been doing it a while but got cocky seeing as he was never caught , then he might of becamr careless and dug straight into diamond veins. I'm not saying this is what hapened , but it could have.
