MrKeveCool wrote:you did something illegal and then you deny thst its illegal and then you insult my grammar. i may not be so good at English Grammar but thats not a reason to insult it. so if you continue with it i may aswell add that to the ban request and so you mean just because that aelcalan isnt an forum mod he doesnt have anny right to say whats illegal or not? it doesnt matter if hes an in-game mod or forum mod he is an MOD!!! so just acept that you did something illegal so we can go on with our lives ok?

Lets get some things straight. First of all, "you say" I did something illegal, which by the rules of auctioning. I didin't. Second of all, I wasn't insulting your grammar skills, just questioning them. Sides I get the feeling you are doing this to get something out of it, and I veiw this little ordeal as a sign of harassment. Minor case of it it may be, but none the less. Third of all, I give you thumbs up for presistance, but a double thumbs down on coming up with unjustified reasons to place a forum ban request on me for something I didn't do. Oh also, there is a huge differance between a in-game mod and forum mod. If Aelcalan came onto my auction I was hosting, said what I was doing was wrong, and to top it off. Aelcalen was a forum moderator too. Then I would not withhold my goods, but he didn't .

But that is not the case. I followed the auction rules to the letter, then you came along with your threat to put a ban request if I didn't auction off my goods to the highest bidder, I shrugged it off of course cause I knew I was playing it by the book. When the auction ended, I decided not to accept any bids, and wanted to rethink, and restock on better goods. So how many times must I tell my honest to god story before you get the fact I didn't do anything wrong. If anyone did do something wrong, its you. Who baited me, and when you wasn't satisfied with me not acknowledging your bluff. You then proceeded to harass further me here in the forums by making this unjustified request.

if an auction ends you have to acept the highest bid and you said the auction ended earlier the 26th instead of the 30th so you decided thst after the auction ended and for the last time ITS IN THE RULES! even if aelclan is an ordenary mod he still have the right to decide rules in the forum.

Jesus christ, you have a thick head. To quote Aelcelen in the little area you got your head wrapped around in just the first two sentences.
Aelcalan wrote:Thank you! I've seen far too many auctions with with shady stuff going on, usually because the seller wanted to get more credits. I'd also like to recommend:
Do you not know what recommend means? If not here is the bing.com definition as defined in teh first sentence.
"Suggest something as good idea: to suggest something as worthy of being accepted, used, or done"

Here is the link for more definitions.

Now the rules of the auction as stated by LM108.
Lm108 wrote:Recently Quentijn posted a fairly good idea for auction rules. So here are the new rules:

TITLE Auction: [ITEM]

LAYOUT
In-game Name:
Item(s) up for auction:
Starting bid:
Minimum increments:
Ending date:
Buyout Price (Optional):

Screen shots are also encouraged, because they provide proof of items, and it's easier to show what you're selling.
If auctions refuse to follow this new procedure they can be shut down at staff discretion.

EDIT: The ending date cannot simply be discretionary; you MUST give a certain length or a specific date and time.
Do you see anywhere in those words the phrase "Host MUST accept hightest bid/price offer"? Now although my layout was a lil disorganized, I will admit I had everythig proper.

Wow seriously, that is your reason for this ban request? Look bud, that is no reason to put a ban request on me now that I presume that is your reason. Just cause you wanted the items i my chest and I refused your highest bid, doesn't mean you have to make yourself look bad by doing this. Sides I did a little research. The type of auction that you just witnessed is called a "reserve auction" and as stated by wiki.

A Reserve auction is an auction where the item for sale may not be sold if the final bid is not high enough to satisfy the seller; that is, the seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid. In these cases a set 'reserve' price known to the auctioneer, but not necessarily to the bidders, may have been set, below which the item may not be sold. The reserve price may be fixed or discretionary. In the latter case, the decision to accept a bid is deferred to the auctioneer, who may accept a bid that is marginally below it. A reserve auction is safer for the seller than a no-reserve auction as they are not required to accept a low bid, but this could result in a lower final price if less interest is generated in the sale.

Don't take this as a threat as it probably will seem like it is Mrkevecool if you don't withdraw this ban-request I will start one for you and I'm pretty sure you won't want that especially on what I have on you, plus fatty here would probably side with me. Just say you withdraw the ban request. Make the community happy. Plus you even told me you can't get on because your minecraft won't run.
