(which would make it Sim City 5?) Just called SIM CITY.
Not due out until next year, but at long last a new Sim City game. ^^

SimCity 4 was the last real SimCity. I loved it. But maybe 2D is better than 3D for a game like SimCity, its just more detailed and clean.

Been a long time since I played Sim City 4, haven't played the more recent versions ...
Might want to get back into that with Sim City 5
