Well, Can I be unbanned? If you check previous guild / party chats with me and him, we constantly mess around saying things to each other. So it doesn't even mean anything.

I'm not bumping... I'm just asking if I can get unbanned. I see other people who are banned, post on the same day and get unbanned on the same day or a reply...

You were not accidentally banned by script. You were intentionally banned because you egregiously harassed another player, and evidence was provided to prove it.
