I have houses for rent, just outside of Roanoke!
Two realms - Auburn Valley, and Auburn Heights!
Auburn Valley is a scenic box canyon with a lovely waterfall and pond. I have three stone brick houses available for 200/week. I also have three smaller apartments available, under one of the houses, for 50/week. When you choose to live in Auburn Valley, you gain access to a ready source of water, plus a large public work space with a Wall de Furnace (c)! There is also a public materials chest that I put goodies into on a semi-regular basis.
Auburn Heights is a community still under development, now with its first house! Located just above Auburn Valley, Auburn Heights is a gated community with a public melon/pumpkin farm and and a community center with a pool, rest area, and more! With one house currently, and many more planned, Auburn Heights is for the more affluent crowd, with a base price of 2000/week. Included in this price is a house, with many furnishings including beds, paintings, and workspace, that may be arranged as you please. Also included in this price is a pair of diamond tools, food, and a full set of iron armor and weapons, delivered on a weekly basis! Located just a stone's throw from Roanoke!
For the really big spenders, I also have Auburn Manor, a full-realm size, semi-self sufficient castle. Contact me in-game for rental information, or for a tour.
