1.) Your friend ethanburger can write his own ban appeal.
2.) There is no way to verify that "one of his friends was on his account" when he was banned. Even if there was a way to verify this, I doubt the mods would consider that to be important.
3.) When he makes an account to write his ban appeal, he should probably offer a reason for why he should be unbanned. That is to say, a reason more compelling that the fact that "he wishes to be unbanned."
