I thought i should appeal at the Connorartman97 Banned Thread, But apparently Not, so I'm here to make a formal ban appeal, And i will just go ahead and re-state some of the things mentioned in the previous thread.

Okay, I feel as I need to explain a little more in depth, I need to explain a few more things, and if i edited my previous posts to include them, they would go unfortunately unnoticed.

Okay, So let me try to explain what happened more clearly, for the benefit of everyone being to understand this. Plane and I, were working to clear the "IBOL" Realm near spawn to start construction on the upcoming park (And underground base of course). So once we begun working two people came up in the realm and started standing in-front of me as i tried to work. Like standing were i was digging or placing making it fairly difficult to work. Then once i told them to stop, They started pushing. Literally pushing, And it is quite difficult to work when you have two players pushing you. So i tried to be temperate, just trying to work and ignore them, and they kept pushing. So, vaguely remembering Panthers statement about Indirect PvP being allowed in certain circumstances, i threatened them with lava. And once they told me to bring it on and to go get lava, etc. I did, and lavaed them. Also, Note. The hole was a hole i was trading with plane in, they happened to get into it when i opened it back up to get out. The problem was though, that apparently thugrats had been following us, and he had fallen in also, and without my notice when i laved them, thugrats got laved also. This was a mistake, and I'm sorry.(Comment on end removed)

And I know this statement was about fire, but may apply here too. Jtcanon, you yourself said this: (And yes i know it's about fire)

I would burn anyone in any situation. DrCompanionCube will not be banned, seeing as the indirect pvp rule hardly exists anymore. If you were told to get off someone's property, and you were being defiant, they have the ability to light you on fire, so do it.

Also, This, Because at first i did try fire, and as you mention in your post here, It is turned off 100 blocks around spawn; as mentioned in this post:

I don't think my post was understood. If a player is in your realm, refusing to leave, and you cannot do anything more, say something like, "Jtcanon, if you don't leave now, you may instantly die for unknown reasons!" and if I didn't leave, you could light me on fire, seeing as you warned me. Don't forget folks, fire is turned of 100 blocks around spawn.

Also, Acording to the rule book, I have not broken any rules. My realm is not a spawn realm, i purchased it far before spawn realms were even for sale.

Threatening Indirect PvP (1.5): In any realms that aren't spawn realms*, it is acceptable to force a player out of one's realm via threatening indirect PvP (lava bucket, flint and steel, etc.). However, the indirect PvP is only allowed provided the player gave 3 verbal warnings (at least one through private messaging with the warned player), and waited 30 seconds before carrying out the killing.

Also, Unless I'm understanding this wrong i was banned for illegal PvP by jtcanon, and according to the rule i stated above, that came from the rule book, i did not brake any rules. The people who were burned were warned and the person i got banned by jumped infront of them, so if he jumped infront of them and was following us around, then that's his problem. He also saw the multiple warnings. And Jtcanon ingame said it would have been different if i had used fire, but the rule also clearly states, Not in spawn realms, which mine is not, and that is can be ;exactwords; (lava bucket, flint and steel, etc.) .

So please, I really enjoy Minerealm and have been missing it lately, i would REALLY enjoy to be relinquished from the punishment....

well as i said in a previous thread i support this. honestly, you have SOOO much proof that you were provoked into lavaing those two guys. they even asked for it!

man, i hate it when you find the perfect opportunity to get someone banned and you take it. i have just about 0% respect for the person who "accidentally" got lavad. dont you think he was trying to get you banned?

I have had the privilege of building with Connor on creative before 3.0, and I know from experience that he takes his work seriously. The two probably deserved what they got and I sincerely hope Connor gets unbanned. And Kongel Nick, watch your back, you've just made a new enemy. Thugrats doesn't want Connor banned and neither do I. Posting that was a big mistake.
