Hey there!

I'm here to propose to everyone some projects or we can say ideas i have in mind. Here we go


1. Public SLIME farm

I think it would be great if everyone would get some slimeballs cause they are so cool:) The rules would be , the player that wishes to be able to enter the farm should dig a room/space ( ex: 16x16) in the cordinated place , then he will be able to join the farm. The principe is if we have more then 20people that wants to join the public mine, the mine would be ( ex: 16x16 x 20 people) That will increase the chances of having alot of SLIMES

2. Public Wheat/Mushroom farm

Same principe as the SLIME farm , but instead of digging a room, You should place 64 dirt blocks in straight line ( or 2 lines of 32 , etc..) And always replant what you took.

3. Public Metro / Railway stations

Having an easier and faster means of transportation , would be a great way of cutting time in walking. ( Ex. of stations: Snow station ( snow biome ) , Desert Station ( sand biome ), etc...)

4. Adding NPC (Non-Player Character) In-Game :roll:

It's sometimes really sux when u have some resources that you want to sell but no one in the server want's to buy them . NPC could have really cheap prices ( ex: Sticky piston would be sold for 50 RC, Diamond for 10 RC) And even those NPC would sell the items that it bought ,but in a CRAZY offer ( ex: You sold you'r diamond for 10 rc , but the npc sells it for 100 rc )

5. Contests!

It would be awesome if the Admins/Mods would make some contest in the server to give a little chill to the server game. (ex: Creative server: best building of the week/month. Survival server: Fighting in arena a giant zombie with bare hands. ) If you achieved /passed the contest, you eventually get prizes, and all that fun stuff!


6. Some new plug-ins !

I read that Minerealm plugins are made excessively for Minerealm, so i suggest to the modders who scripted these plug-ins to think about adding something else In-Game.


More ideas will come sooner or later. 8-)

Where would the public slime/wheat/mushroom farm be?
How would a "public" farm work? Wouldn't a person purchase that realm to make it private?
Or are you asking for a realm to be public to everyone and can't be bought?
Before spawn realms were put on sale*, there used to be a tree farm.
That tree farm was griefed countless times and not everyone would replant.

The players of MineRealm runs the economy. NPC = Highly unlikely to be added.

It's called the "MineRealm Top 5". It hasn't been updated in a long time. If you want to continue it, you may start your own.
Why does it have to be admins/moderators to hold contests?
Any players can do it. This is a legit server and no items will be spawned to award the winner. So the prize item(s) will have to be donated or acquired. There are some players who holds contest and awards users for winning. They are very rare so if you don't like the fact, maybe you can hold the contests for other players. :)

Thanx for the information pall About the farms, the realm should be Gouvernements , and only governement can add people to this realm.

A lot of these reasons include the mods/ admins working even harder. There busy dude, you want to learn how to run plugins lol?

All these ideas have been either implemented before and failed.

Or they are so stupid that they have never even been tried.

1. That is up to realm owners to decide. I would expect that anyone that creates it would charge for its use, and even if it existed, it wouldn't be as practical as you think. Inb4 100 players in the farm fighting 5 spawned slimes.

2. Again, up for realm owners to decide. It would also require everyone to have build rights to a realm, aka a white-listed farm. Not the worst idea, but still, it is up to the realm owners.

3. Would require the coordination of many, many realm owners. Also, very expensive.

4. This economy is supposed to respond precisely to player prices only. I would have to suggest higher extremes, like a diamond sell price of 5RC, and a buy price (from the npc) of 750 RC or something. Not a very pressing idea. There are usually always players wanting to buy materials.

5. I have an arena that will be for competitive PVP later on in the year. FlannyFlan has an arena that has a tournament coming up. I don't know of any other existing events, but they are out there.

And can you be specific? What is lacking that we need improve?

Public farms = good idea but almost impossible (greifing, lazy people, that kind of thing.)
Public transit = already suggested
NPCs in game = Intelli committing suicide. (ok, slight exaggeration but you get the point) Not only would that be torture to program or add but it would lag the game to death.
Contests = good idea but hard to organize, probably not going to happen.
New plugins are always being added, just be patient.
