Ok, Emershaan if your reading this i am looking to buy your realm at spawn, You Haven't been on in a while, and you currently own the realm across the street from The International Bank of Lumina, And i would love to buy it from you. I've mostly been on for only a short while a day for the past week or two due to being busy with junk in real life, but I'm going to have time to be on more now. I have particular plans (Yes, sinister fiendish ones, MWAHAHAHA) for this particular realm, so I politely decline to sell.

You do not know what i will offer you... I have massive amounts of RC with your name on them. That land is vital To the International Bank of Lumina. I will forum message you with an offer.

You consider 17,000 rc to be a "massive amount"? That's not even enough to buy 2 plots of land, so basically she gets a new plot of land that is probably much worse and further away than hers, and she has to completely rebuild anything and everything she has, and only has 7,000 rc to show for all of that.

You don't know the situation, Err. My bank was across the street from her realm, and from the looks of it nothing had been built on that realm except a huge sign. But the thing is over now. Its not your argument.
