Keep in mind it is not bannable to claim a realm over something someone else has built on. When you build without a realm, you are taking a risk. You are in the Wilderness. It's like building a tree house in someone else's yard: sure, maybe you can have it for awhile, but as soon as someone wants to flaunt their authority over that land (buying the realm), you're SOL. However, any items from chests that the original owners are now locked out of
must be given back to those players. These aren't your items, dear person who just bought the realm. You need to give full reimbursement.
I don't understand why people make these threads. You can complain about a player all you want, but keep it to yourself. It isn't productive at all. Raging about Lightbulbs only makes him more renowned, for better or for worse. It's like the fact that Rebecca Black is god awful, and everyone laughs about how bad she is that makes her popular. Just let it be, keep personal hatreds to yourself.

Harassment (8.1): Harassment can be identified as the repeated verbal assault of another player, be it in game or on the forums. This is different from trolling in that it is personal and often malicious. Harassment, based on the severity of it, can lead to a ban. Players will be warned to stop, but don't be surprised when they receive a ban.
